Hypothesis

  • When the end user utilises navigation it is not understandable that Boozt have different departmentsVision and Innovation

  • It is hard to switch between departments while being in navigation (takes a lot of actions/clicks from the end user)

  • User is not able to find lower level categories via navigation and sees only high level which pushes the user to use filters/sub-categories in the listing categories and is not straight forward

My Roles & Responsibilities

  • As a UX/UI designer my role was to uncover user behaviors, needs and motivation to make product more intuitive and enjoyable for users.Resolving Complex Problems

  • My responsibility was to investigate user experience requirements, developing UX/UI strategy, producing high quality design solution.

  • Conducting user testing both moderated and unmoderated tests, tests involved several steps including preparing the test by creating an interactive prototype, recruiting participants through email invitations, interacting with participants through physical meetings or remote calls, evaluating the results, and documenting the entire process.

Goals and Objectives

  • Improve User Experience

  • Increase CVR

  • Aim to increase user engagement with our department tabs
