Introduction

Objective was to enhance user search experience by testing the hypothesis that users don't need department tabs in search. While making improvement in UX/UI across 4 channels Boozt Web/App, Booztlet Web/App.

It was a high valued project as our search is generating ruffly 30% of entire shop revenue. There was no room for mistakes or wrong assumptions.

Main idea for UX/UI improvement was to separate a search type for Brands, Categories, Products.



My Roles & Responsibilities

• As a UX/UI designer my role was to conduct and plan moderated user testing ( in lab user interview) from participants recruitments until writing a user test report.
  
  

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for the streamlined search process.
  
  

• Design intuitive user flows addressing identified concerns.
  
  

• Final UX/UI delivery : Integrate refined designs into the live system. Ensure seamless transition and design consistency
  
  

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders. engage in discussions during project updates and Q&A sessions.
